Art guidelines

SUBMIT YOUR ART AND IDEAS BY EMAIL

We are on high speed Internet so please feel free to email us your graphic files. Art can also be supplied on CD or Flash Drives.
We can scan from hard copies although this will usually require artwork cleaning or redrawing.

Please name your files with the design name, and include your contact info in the email message, such as your name, job name, and your phone number.

Use separate folders for each artwork if you are supplying multiple files.
NB: It is advised that you supply your art at 100% full size 300dpi.

COLOURS: We use graphics industry standard PMS (Pantone Matching System) to colour match accurately, or we can match to your colour swatches. Please note that colours on computer monitors or print outs are not always accurate to match to.

ART RATE PER HOUR: $65.00/hour, minimum 1/4 hour.

COMPUTER FILE FORMATS:

Adobe Acrobat (PDF) is the most straight forward file format

Adobe Illustrator - All versions up to CS2
Save as native .ai or .eps file.
Fonts should be converted to outlines.

Adobe Photoshop - all versions up to CS2
Save as native .psd or .tif file. Photos - 180dpi at 100% print size, or greater.
Line art - 300 dpi or greater, Do not flatten layers, as it is often helpful to have these for completing the design process.

FONTS: Please rasterize all fonts contained within Photoshop and Illustrator images before submitting as they can change between computers.
